About the Role

Sulzer Pumps (US) Inc. is seeking a skilled Pump Service Technician to join our global team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing pumps and seals, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist in troubleshooting and repairing pumps and seals
  • Travel to job sites worldwide to provide on-site support
  • Complete and forward necessary paperwork for all jobs
  • Inform the closest Service Center of any potential sales activities while on site
  • Support and participate in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of experience in pump factory or Service Center with skills in different work processes of pump manufacturing, assembly, or testing
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and customer complaints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest Microsoft software
