Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on private markets transactions and business development.
  • Proven track record of manipulating and organizing revenue and returns data to demonstrate business performance.
  • Experience conducting performance returns evaluation to inform strategic capital allocation.
  • Ability to create workstreams to streamline business revenue reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to balance competing stakeholder interests.
  • Proficiency in using third-party platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal and Preqin.
  • Ability to research and analyze industry trends and client appetite.
