Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations, including estimating, production scheduling, and insurance company interface.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve shop efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shop operations, including production schedules and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a body shop management role.
- Proven track record of improving shop efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
