Senior State Financial Analyst

This role is essential in supporting the State's Electronic Payments (EP) Division. The Electronic Payments Division manages the State's Procurement Card (PCard) and Single Use Account (SUA) initiatives. This division collaborates closely with JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) to deliver exceptional service to cardholders while assisting state agencies and suppliers involved in electronic payment programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing new card applications efficiently.
  • Reconciling transactions with the State's accounting system.
  • Providing support to PCard Coordinators across various state agencies.
  • Communicating effectively with the bank regarding cardholder inquiries and SUA transaction issues.
