Job Description
Arkos Health is seeking a skilled Community Health Worker to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and comfortable driving in the field up to 80% of the time.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Finger print clearance card or ability to obtain.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with liability insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Employer-paid benefits include medical, dental, and vision premiums, as well as short-term disability and life insurance. A comprehensive 401(k) plan with employer matching is also available. The company offers 15 days annual combined sick/vacation and 9 days of holiday during the first year, plus your birthday off.
