We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Meadow Woods Assisted Living in Bloomington, MN. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Implement practitioners' orders and provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Order and assist with medications and supplies, operate medical equipment, and chart practices
- Lift and transfer residents as needed, initiate emergency treatment as needed
- Monitor work and performance of unlicensed staff, update RN with current observation and complete documentation of resident health status
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions to relevant individuals
- May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements, and care plans
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, comfortable using computers, hand-held devices, phones, and fax machine
- Competitive wages ranging from $29 - $37 per hour
- Full benefits package, including paid personal leave time, medical, dental, college tuition reimbursement/direct pay assistance funds, matching retirement monies, wellness dollars
- Every third weekend and holiday rotation, 72 hours in two weeks

Our 113 unit assisted, independent, and memory care buildings are located in East Bloomington, MN near public transportation.
