The Mobility Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of clients to designated sites. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Transport clients to designated sites in a safe and timely manner">
  • Assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed">
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition">
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and client transport">
  • Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections to identify and address any potential issues">
  • Document mileage readings and maintain accurate records">
  • Operate 2-way radios to communicate with dispatch and other drivers">
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies">
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the interior and exterior of vehicles">
  • Provide general office assistance as needed">
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance for vehicles">
  • Be available to work during emergency or disaster situations as needed">

  • Possession of a valid driver's license">
  • Ability to obtain a commercial driver's license">
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays">
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for long periods">

  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with special needs populations">
