About the Role

Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing is a dynamic and award-winning marketing team seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Racing Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the logistics and show car coordination of RFK Racing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly show car meetings to discuss upcoming events and logistics
  • Collaborate with the Competition Group to schedule show car drivers for events and communicate event details
  • Book hotel accommodations through partners when necessary
  • Organize additional deliverables as required by partners
  • Maintain correspondence with partners to confirm event logistics
  • Provide quotes for show car appearances
  • Invoice post-event activities and record show car days used from partner contracts

NASCAR Hall of Fame Management

  • Manage the Ford SOW process
  • Facilitate contract renewals and quotes for services
  • Coordinate internal services contracted for show car updates
  • Submit POs and maintain accurate records for invoicing
  • Manage logistics for the season-long schedule of events
  • Facilitate NASCAR Hall of Fame requests, including new projects
  • Coordinate internal processes for new builds and equipment
  • Assist with marketing and communications travel coordination
  • Coordinate driver autograph sessions
  • Manage RFK internal and external events, including in-house hosting
  • Assist with partner and employee holiday gifting
  • Lead Fan Day activities
  • Lead RFK Week of Service initiatives
  • Manage additional volunteer opportunities
  • Support partner summit activities

Administrative Support

  • Handle accounting tasks related to credit cards and bill backs
  • Manage charitable donations
  • Provide support to the partner services team
  • Cover museum and store operations as needed

What You Will Need

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in event planning or logistics preferred
  • Knowledge of the NASCAR industry and racing operations a plus

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits and a 401K plan with a company match.
