Position Summary
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant General Manager will possess a robust background in retail and sales, coupled with a passion for contributing to a dynamic and innovative airport concessionaire. This position is pivotal in driving key performance indicators by ensuring an outstanding customer experience through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate the team by embodying the company's vision and core values.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting brand standards and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and upper management.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
  • Deliver consistent performance feedback and address performance issues promptly.
  • Ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising directives.
  • Implement strategic merchandising initiatives to enhance sales and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with management to execute the business plan and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Achieve financial targets, including payroll management.
  • Promote brand loyalty through effective sales leadership and customer engagement.
  • Meet shrinkage goals while upholding operational standards to protect company assets.
