Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all repairs are completed within the scheduled appointment window and communicate with customers regarding job status
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the repair van and keep track of all devices and inventory
  • Utilize the point of sale system to maintain accurate records of customer information and repair status
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
  • Previous experience working at retail electronics store
