Compu Dynamics, a leading technology infrastructure design-build partner in North America, seeks a seasoned Sales Account Manager to drive data center solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the data center industry, with a deep understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the data center market segment
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at data center facilities, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement professionals
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor data center solutions and services to meet the specific needs of clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes for both parties
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center sector

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience;
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in either of the following industries: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems
  • 3-5 years experience working with IT companies, colocations and end users who manage and maintain data center infrastructure
