- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a minimum of 24 units of ECE/CD coursework.
- Experience: A minimum of 175 days of work experience in an ECE/CD setting, with a focus on child development and education.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
