Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting our veterinarians in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including surgeries, exams, and treatments
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Conduct laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalyses, and prepare samples for analysis
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results
  • Assist with anesthesia administration, monitoring, and recovery
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a veterinary technician or technologist (CVT or RVT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician or technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
