Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionateSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our team inVancouver, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school setting, supporting students in achieving their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal setting and planning.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Washington state SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date).
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
