About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Federal Government and Transportation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, and project activities from initiation to close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in all aspects of our professional services, including design, technical expertise, and business development.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate fees and contracts, and develop project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate quality reviews, facilitate workplans, and determine staffing needs.
  • Work closely with Business Leaders, Operations Leaders, and Market Sector leaders to develop new and existing clients and consider future work.
  • Participate in projects outside of your core sector as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum twelve years' professional experience in the A/E industry.
  • Highly experienced in operational management, project financial and risk management.
  • Experience with General Services Administration, Department of Energy, NAVFAC or other Federal Government entities projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAR and other overreaching government regulations.
  • Ability to work on US Government projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional services from business development through project close-out.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related project management field required. Specific experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Professional Licensure required.
  • LEED Accreditation preferred.
  • Current or Prior security clearance a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Capable of traveling to and from project sites, both locally and across the US and potentially outside of the US.
  • Ability to access existing and new project sites for observation, investigation, and evaluation purposes.
  • Ability to use office equipment for communication and documentation purposes.
  • Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
