Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to all individuals by completing client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and secure by utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to defuse crisis situations.
- Collect and Manage Client Data: Accurately collect, enter, manage, and report client data into systems of record.
- Respond to Incidents: Submit incident reports for all instances of chemical abuse, theft, threats, and violations of program rules.
- Serve as a Mandated Reporter: Report any instances of suspected child or adult abuse.
- Conduct Regular Rounds: Check exits, fire doors, safety equipment, and monitor residents' activities to ensure safety and security.
- Assist with Program Development: Collaborate with supervisors and managers to develop and implement program initiatives.
- Provide Training and Support: Assist with mentoring and position-specific training, as required.
- Experience Working with Low-Income Populations: Ability to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
- Education and Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal and Department of Human Services background check, if required by program license.
