Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our D3 agency, you will play a critical role in supporting the creative development process for several Frito-Lay and Quaker brands.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for brand, creative, and social teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Support the execution of paid campaigns, including digital and social components, big idea development, and consumer engagement programs.
- Lead the execution of tactical projects in support of both paid and organic workstreams.
- Develop creative proposals for clients, ensuring all components align with the brand strategy and stand out in the competitive landscape.
- Manage the routing of creative for client review, tracking feedback and ensuring all comments are addressed.
- Deliver completed projects to clients on time and within budget.
- Partner with account and creative leads on timelines, budgets, workload, and resourcing.
- Lead weekly client status calls and participate in inter-agency calls.
- Collaborate with creative and social teams on ideation, content creation, community management, timelines, and research.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of advertising or marketing experience.
- Preferred prior agency experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Zoom.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Competitive compensation range: $66,300 - $111,000.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility.
