We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to contribute to the upkeep of our esteemed apartment community. This role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment.

Our community features 276 units along with a clubhouse and various amenities. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring the property is well-maintained and that units are prepared for new residents.
  • Addressing maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

While specialized skills such as HVAC and appliance repair are advantageous, they are not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training for our team members.

We value individuals who are self-motivated and attentive to the needs of our residents. Whether you are new to the field or have extensive experience, we welcome candidates who can integrate well with our existing staff.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. We also offer paid time off and additional benefits. On-call duties will be assigned on a rotational basis.
