We're seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our AI/ML services at Intuit Mailchimp. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and owning the high-level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for our AI/ML services, spanning predictive and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design the data and AI strategy to power scalable learning systems and deliver on objectives
  • Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points and collect requirements
  • Use a data/metrics-driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metrics
  • Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities
  • Evangelize products throughout the company and across varying levels of organization
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising of architects, data scientists, designers, and engineers
  • Influence key organization stakeholders and lead change
  • Mentor and coach aspiring product managers and accelerate AI adoption
Requirements
  • Proven expertise launching ML/AI-powered platforms that produce scalable outcomes
  • Strong influential leader of cross-functional teams
  • Has a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and drivers to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses
  • 5-7 years of Product Management work experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background working on solutions related to learning or digital experiences
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Individuals with software engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a top institution required, MBA a plus
