About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Koch Industries. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, software developers, and end-users to gather requirements and understand AI-driven business needs.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-enabled software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule for AI features and enhancements.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable and feasible features.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of AI products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create compelling and effective user interfaces for AI features.
  • Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within an AI or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
  • Experience aligning AI product development with business goals and objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field.
