Responsibilities:

As a Resident Care Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of caregivers.
  • Ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:
