We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Director to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Nursing Services: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including resident teaching, wellness counseling, health promotion, disease prevention, and provision of care and services to residents with chronic and stable conditions.
- Coordinate Care Services: Facilitate the overall coordination and management of care and services for residents, including move-in process, assessment and service plan, staff training, education, and supervision.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness and knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding assisted living/memory care and the regulations of the state's nursing commission, ensuring compliance with all such regulations.
- Education and Experience: Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid MA license, with experience and passion in working with seniors.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 60lbs, and maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.
