Job Summary:

A highly experienced engineering leader is sought to serve as the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for a Platform Integration, Validation and Flight Test Team at Raytheon. The IPTL will contribute to cost and schedule management and tracking, performance management, and risk management for product integration, validation and testing across a $25M value portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Chief Engineers, software team, and system integration and test team to plan and execute test processes, embedded test, factory operations, and other functions.
• Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Manager (CAM) budget duties, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of program progress.
• Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs, and/or requirements.
• Conduct data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
• Identify and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems, and create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing.
• Support field testing and qualification activities at government facilities, including occasional travel.
• Generate CR, CN, or VARs, complete data packages, and present to the board (ERB/CCB).
• Coordinate with lab managers for shipping/receiving, maintaining calibration of equipment, and scheduling activities.
• Work with other IPT leads on the program to support shared usage of test assets.
• Manage customer and industrial partner relationships, and plan, organize, and develop program progress reviews for the US Government customer.
• Conduct briefings and reporting to senior US Government and RTX officials, and interface with the customer community on a regular basis to share test status, issues, and address programmatic concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of Ten (10) years prior relevant work experience in Raytheon or Military Operations with Raytheon Products.
• Active and in-scope Top Secret US security clearance is required.
• Active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required as only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Forward Test or Deployment Experience in the field with USAF / USN customers.
• Experience with telemetry hardware and software, as well as telemetry data analysis tools.
• Experience creating and submitting technical data packages for review and approval.
• Experience with Flightline Operations in Air Force / Navy.
• Experience with munitions handling with Air Force / Navy platforms.
• Experience briefing senior military officers on programs and progress/failures.
• Experience operating a $25M personnel and $75M materiel budget for Raytheon (such as a Cost Account Manager (CAM or the government.
• Experience Developing or Safety or Quality Programs and Investigations.
• Strong skillsets in planning, and executing multi-million-dollar contracts or events.
• Innovative skillset to implement creative solutions while achieving internal and external customer collaboration.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in writing and verbally and manage customer expectations/relationships.
• Experience using Agile framework development methods and processes.
