Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration, Validation professional to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As an Integration, Validation professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of flight test events, platform integration laboratory testing events, and the associated analysis of test data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs, and/or requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data, providing detailed reports of results.
  • Identify and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems, utilizing failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action techniques.
  • Develop and maintain documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
  • Support field testing, including platform integration events and laboratory testing.
  • Collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of respect, communication, and technical expertise.
  • Manage and present technical data to stakeholders and customers, utilizing design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant systems integration and test experience.
  • Experience in hardware systems integration, platform integration, and flight test.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RF/EO sensor output, digital signal processing algorithms, and antenna patterns.
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms, advanced waveforms, and techniques used in resource-constrained missile systems.
  • Experience with CAMEO and Earned Value Management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
