Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration, Validation professional to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of flight test events, platform integration laboratory testing events, and the associated analysis of test data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs, and/or requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
  • Identify and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
  • Support field testing, including platform integration events and laboratory testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant systems integration and test experience.
  • Experience in hardware systems integration, platform integration, and flight test.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and evaluate data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Experience with verification and validation methods, integration and verification strategies, and Earned Value Management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on military platforms, including fixed-wing, rotary-wing, ground-based, and ship-based platforms.
  • Experience with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.
  • Ability to manage and present technical data to stakeholders and customer communities.
  • Technical leadership experience, including capture/pursuit experience and contribution or authoring of white papers, RFI responses, and proposal technical volumes.

This role is a U.S.-based role, and the successful candidate will be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
