Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensor and Signal Processing Engineer to join our team at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that involve the development of advanced sensor systems and signal processing algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement high-fidelity, physics-based simulations of sensors and environments
- Research and develop concepts related to signal propagation, detection, and sensor systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop advanced sensor systems
- Analyze and assess the performance of sophisticated sensor systems

Requirements

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in signal processing algorithm development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, C++, or Python
- Experience in simulating or analyzing electromagnetic signals, environments, or sensors
