This Compliance Specialist role is part of our Work Ready program, which provides comprehensive employment-oriented services to individuals receiving Public Assistance benefits.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human services and case management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

The role involves monitoring participant data, generating reports, and submitting documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.

">

You will also assist in reconciling participant data and identifying areas for improvement.

">

In addition, you will proactively troubleshoot problems and propose solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.06 - $26.38 per hour, as well as tuition assistance, health insurance, and a generous paid time off package.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor participant data to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Generate reports to track participant's weekly hours.
  • Submit relevant documentation to the Team.
  • Reconcile participant data to ensure accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
