Job Overview
R&D Partners is a national staffing firm offering consulting, direct hire & outsourcing solutions in Scientific, Clinical Research, and Engineering fields. We're seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations in our manufacturing processes. This role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Document Control.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review batch records and production documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal functions to address identified issues and report errors, deficiencies, discrepancies, and observations to management.
  • Disposition incoming raw materials in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 1 - 3 years' experience in a regulated industry.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP regulations.
  • Knowledge of QMS systems is a plus.
