Position Highlights:
Responsible for driving home sales by enhancing the new home buying experience and optimizing customer interactions within the designated community.

Position Responsibilities:


Leverages all available sales and marketing tools to meet sales and closing objectives for assigned communities.

Actively engages in initiatives to attract potential buyers, including follow-up communications with previous visitors and organizing public and broker events.


Warmly welcomes prospective clients visiting the community and ensures the collection of completed registration materials from each visitor (or gathers necessary information to finalize the registration process).

Guides potential buyers through various homesites to familiarize them with the community layout.

Ensures that clients are informed about the location of the future home, property boundaries, and nearby structures.

When touring homesites, guarantees that the sales office and models are securely locked and proper signage indicating estimated return times is displayed at the sales office entrance.

Employs the Company's established sales methodology during product tours to deliver a compelling sales presentation. Actively seeks to finalize sales by posing multiple closing-related inquiries throughout the presentation, including confirming follow-up visits.


Promotes the advantages of the community, the Company's esteemed reputation, and the quality and design of our products, construction, and services.

Recognizes the significance of the Company's brand and the unique value proposition offered in assigned communities.


Effectively articulates key differentiators that encourage customers to choose our homes over those of competitors.

Discusses the benefits of energy efficiency and other sustainable features integrated into the homes.


Clearly explains the home building and purchasing process to clients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with each step.


Handles and processes sales documentation for prospective buyers, including completing the necessary information for the Company's purchase agreement for homes in assigned communities.

Conducts all required follow-up to ensure successful sales closures in assigned areas.


Collaborates with various departments, teams, and individuals, both internally and externally, to guarantee a seamless process from model home setup to sale closure and home delivery.


Communicates proactively and responds professionally and promptly to all stakeholders (managers, real estate brokers, homebuyers, etc.).


Updates management on opportunities, challenges, progress, and support needed, and works with the sales management team to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Maintains open communication with customers post-purchase to manage expectations and address any concerns.

Organizes and hosts broker previews and promotional events at assigned communities, among other responsibilities.

Meets all reporting deadlines consistently and punctually.


Inputs, updates, and effectively utilizes data in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (or other systems as required by management) to drive sales activities in assigned communities.

Prepares weekly reports on prospective customer traffic for management.


Gains insights into competitor policies, programs, pricing, and products, as well as consumer demographics, to better identify key differentiators for assigned communities and provide valuable feedback to management.


Monitors and evaluates competitive offerings, providing insights to management to keep relevant team members informed of market changes.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Real estate license required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of previous sales experience required.

Experience in new home sales preferred.

Familiarity with sales programs, policies, and procedures.

Current knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate sector.

Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.

Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking (including stairs and uneven terrain), and sitting; occasional lifting.

May require occasional driving of clients from the sales office to community lots.

Environmental conditions vary based on weather, production stages, and work locations.

Some of the following conditions may apply at different times: hot, cold, wet, dry, muddy, humid, windy, calm, bright, dark, noisy, dusty, poor lighting, poor ventilation, temperature fluctuations, fog, and rain.

Airborne particles such as wood dust, drywall dust, etc., are common in the field environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

The anticipated Base Salary range for this role is $23.08 per hour, equating to $48,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set.

Base Salary is disbursed bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Commission & Bonus:

This position qualifies for commission payments and a quarterly customer satisfaction cash bonus, which are earned, calculated, and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable compensation agreement.
