Caregiver Role Overview

At Right at Home, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities, light housekeeping, and running errands as needed.
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, feeding, toileting, and grooming.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and concerns.

**Requirements:**

* 1 year of experience caring for seniors or adults.
* Warmth, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to perform assigned tasks with competence and confidence.
* Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen.
* Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certification as a CNA, HHA, or DSP is a plus, and we offer commensurate pay for licensed caregivers.
