Key Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Engage clients through conversation, activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments while assisting with medication reminders.
- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, encouraging physical activity, and grooming.
- Documentation: Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to ensure their well-being and provide reassurance to family members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving for seniors or adults

- Completion of necessary background checks and screenings

Preferred Skills:
- No formal certification required, but compensation is higher for licensed CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs with relevant experience.
