Job Summary

They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations.

A Day in the Life

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the party management system, ensuring that every party exceeds our guest's expectations. They will work closely with the rest of the leadership team to drive financial results in the store. The candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts, including Saturday, Sunday, and evening shifts. They will also be responsible for selling party packages and following up with guests to ensure that we exceeded their expectations.

Work Environment

Urban Air is a non-typical Family Entertainment environment. We have great food, millions of dollars worth of attractions, host the best Special Events and have thousands of people coming to have FUN. We are business casual and offer a fun and energetic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a safe and secure experience.
