Job Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing expert knowledge and guidance on RV systems and accessories.
  • Conduct thorough demonstrations and interactions with customers, explaining the operation and functionality of units and accessories during pick-up.
  • Participate in the ordering process for retail merchandise, searching catalogs and electronic resources for part numbers and prices.
  • Organize and stock merchandise, pack and ship parts, and maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and retail store areas.
  • Continuously increase product knowledge to efficiently assist customers, answer questions, and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous knowledge of motor vehicles and RVs is essential.
  • Previous experience with automated inventory systems is a plus.
