Epic Healthcare & Physical Medicine is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Highland Manor Assisted Living. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure they take their medication as prescribed
* Observe patients' progress throughout treatment and consult with their families
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
* Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

**Qualifications:**

* Completed vocational nursing program
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and maintain professional conduct
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Ability to travel between facilities as needed
