About the Role

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct and indirect patient care services, working in collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the telemetry setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitors patient vital signs and reports any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Provides emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • IV certification upon hire (state specific).
