  • Mitigating Theft and Fraud:
    • Monitor the store's entrances and exits for potential theft and fraud.
    • Identify and report suspicious behavior to store leadership.
    • Collaborate with store leadership to minimize operational shortage.
  • Developing Great Teams and Partnerships:
    • Build strong relationships with store associates and leadership.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
