Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new leadership development programs for people managers and all employees.
  • Conduct performance consulting, stakeholder and needs analyses, design and develop learning solutions, implement solutions, and evaluate impact.
  • Provide technical assistance for all delivery modes, including instructor-led, blended, and technical training.
  • Support Wellness, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Knowledge Management colleagues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership development role.
  • End-to-end program development experience for leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies, instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, non-training interventions, knowledge management, and change management.
  • Consult with internal customers and stakeholders to elicit requirements for program development.
  • Coach and mentor entry-level instructional designers and facilitators.
  • Experience using virtual classroom technology, such as Teams, WebEx, and Adobe Connect.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to provide leadership by influence, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels and functional areas of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with 'learning in the flow of work,' non-training solutions.
  • Certifications in DISC, StrengthsFinder, MBTI.
