Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Mulder & Associates. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing, prospecting, and selling American Family Insurance products in all product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local market dynamics to identify business development opportunities for all product lines.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and help the agency grow.
  • Proactively cross-sell and coordinate with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
  • Prospect for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts.
  • Secure new business through individual effort and established lead methods.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.
