Position Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Accounting Specialist II/III to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing revenue accounting, contract reporting, and analytical assessments. The successful candidate will provide crucial support through ad hoc analyses to various departments, including Commercial, Regulatory, Tax, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development. A strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly revenue accounting processes.
- Conduct contract and revenue reporting and analysis.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and database management.

- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities and adept at multitasking.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in the natural gas or liquids sector.
- Background in a related analytical role.
- Familiarity with GAAP and FERC accounting standards.
- Understanding of ASC 606.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred Education:
- CPA certification.
