Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess the home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education.
  • Accurate and timely documentation.

About the Role

This per diem position offers a visit rate of up to $140. As an Occupational Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while making a positive impact in people's lives.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
