Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
• Assess the home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Accurate and timely documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and medical professionals, providing compassionate and effective care.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

We offer a per diem position with a visit rate of up to $140. Our agency promotes a strong work-life balance, provides continued support, and cares for our clinicians out in the field. We work with the ABI waiver program, which allows us to provide ongoing, consistent scheduling to our clinicians, along with the flexibility of traditional home care.
