Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our Special Care Nursery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate the needs of critically ill newborns and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license.
  • BLS and NRP certifications.
  • BSN degree or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit.
