**Job Overview:**

The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office tasks, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

? Coordinate office tasks, including phone communications and document preparation

? Develop and implement efficient systems for record-keeping and data entry

? Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues

? Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

? Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment

? Participate in community events and promote the company's brand

? Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:**

? Proven track record of effective office management and coordination

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

? Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and other productivity tools

Benefits and Compensation:**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-27 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and strengths. Paid holidays include New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Vacation time accrues upon hire and may be used after six months of employment. After one year, expenses are reimbursed to become a realtor (classes, testing, etc.).

This position works on site at our offices in Kent, WA, with typical workdays Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and occasional evening or weekend events.
