Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product design
  • 5+ years of experience leading product design work for B2B SaaS products
  • Proven track record of shipping valuable features in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong aesthetic sensibilities, a clear end-to-end product design process, and high quality UI/UX work
  • Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and creating compelling product visions
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles, interaction design patterns, and front-end technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and influence product strategy
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile setting
  • Experience mentoring or managing senior designers and/or other highly talented resources
  • Use data to inform and advocate for design decisions
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative user research methods
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
