We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Primoris Gas Operations. As a Subsurface Utility Engineering CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating and updating utility drawings using processed field data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update utility drawings using AutoCAD for Plan and Profile designs.
  • Communicate directly with SUE and internal teams for incoming orders and work.
  • Meet on job sites for large projects as needed.
  • Work directly with City Inspectors and Engineers to review and change plans for permitting.
  • Actively communicate with customers, vendors, and supervisors as situations warrant.
  • Perform QC of deliverables with other team members.
  • Perform records research and data collection for Plan and Profile.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Education or experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Proficient verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills desired, but not required.
