Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, including special events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage the Director's Google folder and ensure accurate records management.
  • Coordinate building conference room reservations, scheduling calendars, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for faculty and staff office space coordination.
  • Coordinate CPR and other training for staff and faculty.
  • Provide support on renovation projects, redesigning of building space, and overall maintenance needs for IARC.
  • Monitor the condition of the facilities and report any unsafe building conditions.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and two years of increasingly responsible experience as an Assistant to an upper-level administrator in a university, agency, or private sector setting.
  • Preferred: Two years of increasingly responsible experience as an Assistant to an upper-level administrator in a university, agency, or private sector setting.
  • Background check required.
  • Drug-free environment.
