Job Overview

Position offers a starting wage of $15.00, with opportunities for annual merit increases and performance bonuses. ROLE SUMMARY

The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned retail location and surrounding areas through the execution of various tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning restrooms, sales areas, offices, break rooms, and other designated workspaces.
  • Performing floor maintenance including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, and operating floor cleaning machines.
  • Vacuuming and sanitizing carpets and rugs.
  • Emptying waste receptacles and transporting refuse to designated disposal areas.
  • Restocking restroom supplies as necessary.
  • Cleaning fixtures, shelving, glass surfaces, and window seals.
  • Collecting litter and debris from the premises and surrounding areas.
  • Returning shopping carts to the store interior.
  • Breaking down boxes for recycling.
  • Checking and replacing air fresheners and batteries as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean custodial closet and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Reporting any security concerns or theft suspicions to management.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

ADDITIONAL TASKS

Completing other job-related duties as assigned by management.
