Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Women's Health Unit team at St. Jude Medical Center. As a Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Women's Health Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in women's health care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- At least 1 year of experience in a women's health setting.
