Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for coordinating parts for vehicle repair and service, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts for vehicle repair and service.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that all parts are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of received goods, including inventory levels and part numbers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their parts in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including service technicians, advisors, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory management, customer service, or order fulfillment.

Requirements:
