Position Overview

The Mobility Specialist plays a crucial role in the routine maintenance and management of parking facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users. This position also focuses on enhancing customer experience by addressing inquiries related to parking services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to parking facilities and provide exceptional service.
  • Foster positive customer relations through a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding parking services with confidence and clarity.
  • Monitor parking areas to identify vehicles lacking proper payment or authorization.
  • Issue parking citations to violators in accordance with established policies.
  • Document violations using a company-issued device for record-keeping.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in parking areas and shared spaces.
  • Report any hazards such as debris or spills to maintain safety.
  • Adapt to various shifts as required by operational needs.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and navigate all areas regardless of weather conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic environment.
Essential Functions

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodations:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Navigate quickly and safely throughout the parking area.
  • Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and customers.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical requirements for this position include regular communication, standing, and handling items. Employees will frequently walk and may occasionally need to stoop or crouch. Vision requirements include the ability to see close and at a distance, as well as peripheral vision.
